The DM-SMARTLINER is a compact, high-precision digital transfer unit for 2D metallization in short and medium runs - ideal for labels, personalized print products, and flexible packaging. In combination with the DIGITAL METAL® transfer film, it produces brilliant, precisely registered metallic effects - UV-free, tool-free, and with excellent overprintability. The result: Fast, flexible, and process-stable digital finishing in sheetfed printing.
The DM-MAXLINER 2D combines DIGITAL METAL® transfer technology with patented KURZ 2D inkjet technology - for precise digital metallization on an exceptionally wide range of substrates, including open-pored and uncoated papers. The foil is transferred digitally and with pinpoint accuracy - enabling fast job changes and custom designs without tools or downtime.
The DM-MAXLINER 3D combines DIGITAL METAL® with patented KURZ 3D inkjet technology, uniting metallization, varnishing, and tactile relief in a fully digital single-pass process. The result: Spectacularly finished prints with matte-gloss contrasts and a genuine sense of depth - suitable for industrial use and highly productive at up to 5,100 sheets/hour (B2) or 4,000 sheets/hour (B1), even with full-surface metallization.
